MANILA — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has asked Senate and House leaders to suspend the implementation of the Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act to provide temporary relief to the expenditures of businesses and private property owners, Malacañang said on Thursday following the 4th Legislative-Executive Development Advisory Council (LEDAC) meeting.

The Palace has yet to release full details of the meeting, but the Presidential Communications Office (PCO) earlier said that Marcos Jr. and congressional leaders are expected to discuss 24 bills listed in the administration’s common legislative agenda.
