The Mister Supranational crown remains elusive for the Philippines, with the country’s latest delegate, Felipe Marasigan, ending his 2026 campaign with a Top 20 finish on Sunday, August 2 (Philippine time).

Marasigan represented the Philippines after earning the Mister Supranational Philippines 2026 title through the Mister Pilipinas Worldwide competition earlier this year.

Although he did not advance beyond the Top 20, his placement extended the Philippines’ consistent presence in the semifinal stage of Mister Supranational in recent years.

The country has maintained a strong showing in the international male pageant, highlighted by Brandon Espiritu’s 2nd runner-up finish in 2024, and Kenneth Cabungcal’s 4th runner-up placement in 2025.

During the coronation night in Poland, Marasigan first took to the stage in the Confidence Round, where he showcased his physique and stage presence before the international audience.

He later returned for another runway appearance wearing an all-white creation by Filipino designer Albert Andrada.

Even before the finals, Marasigan had figured prominently in several pre-pageant events. He reached the Top 10 of the Mister Supra Chat Challenge, which was eventually won by Puerto Rico’s Lazzaro Oertli Ortiz.

He also advanced to the Top 5 of the Supra Model of the Year competition, where China’s Daniel Jiawei Li emerged victorious. In addition, the Filipino delegate was included in the Top 10 of the Supra Influencer challenge, which was won by Cambodia’s Thoanvannak You.

The Mister Supranational 2026 title ultimately went to Spain’s Pedro Cordero.

Cordero is no stranger to pageantry. He previously won Mister Provincia de Málaga 2022 and Mister RNB Málaga 2023 before competing in Mister RNB España 2023, where he finished as first runner-up. He was later elevated to the title of Mister Global Spain 2023 after Nacho Sikora resigned, although he went unplaced in the Mister Global competition.

In 2026, Cordero was appointed Mister Supranational Spain after the withdrawal of Guillermo Lago, paving the way for his successful campaign in Poland.

Completing the Mister Supranational 2026 court were South Africa’s Marcel Roux as 1st runner-up, China’s Daniel Jiawei Li as 2nd runner-up, Dominican Republic’s Ramon Alcántara as 3rd runner-up, and Mexico’s Gabriel Castaneda as 4th runner-up.

The pageant also named its continental titleholders: Zambia’s Luay Latif Kalisilira for Africa, Brazil’s Danton Miguel for the Americas, Thailand’s Jack Titus for Asia, Curaçao’s Leonardo Leca for the Caribbean, and Czech Republic’s Daniel Zednicek for Europe.

Marasigan’s Top 20 finish closes the Philippines’ Mister Supranational 2026 campaign, adding another semifinal placement to the country’s growing record in the international male pageant competition.
