Metro’s Best Dressed is Elle Fanning of ‘A Complete Unknown’ brought good energy on the red carpet with her bubbly smile and custom Loewe. The cherry on top? A set of Cartier jewels on her neck and wrist to top off a sophisticated look. Her look was simple and effective!
