Following the shocking murder of Metal 13’s leaders, Axl (Marc Abaya) and Jovi (Joem Bascon), some Task Force Alpha members, namely Marcus (Richard Gutierrez), Allan (Gerald Anderson), Usman (Ejay Falcon), and Sean (Junjun Quintana), immediately pursue the fleeing sniper.

Upon reaching the location, they find nobody in sight, and Marcus (Richard Gutierrez) instead orders his team to search for evidence that would aid in identifying the shooter. Meanwhile, Lara (Bela Padilla) goes on a separate path and manages to encounter the sniper in question.

Despite her lack of weapons, Lara wins the altercation, but upon seeing the killer’s identity, she gets shocked and makes room for the suspect to escape.

Back at S. Trinidad Hospital, Tommy (Yves Flores) instantly feels frightened at the sight of Felix (Baron Geisler), who had threatened the life of his mother earlier. Realizing that he cannot escape anymore, he deliberately shoots himself to death.

Shortly thereafter, Director Azuelo (Rommel Padilla) reconvenes with the entire Task Force Alpha. He then furiously scolds them all, stressing that they had lost the potential informants that could have led them to the source of the illegally supplied high-powered firearms to countless syndicates.

Marcus explains that the deaths of Metal 13’s core members could mean that they were more afraid of the larger syndicate group than the authorities. Next to Marcus, Lara apologizes for not knowing better about their circumstances. Lastly, Allan defends Task Force Alpha, saying that the Rosales brothers are clever and that no one is to blame.

Right after Director Azuelo argues that Task Force Alpha should have acted better, Sean speaks about his frustrations, a rare sight for them all. He also emphasizes that the suspects weren't supposed to be paraded to the media, addresses the humiliation the team has been enduring, and expresses his unresolved grief for their murdered members.

Will Task Force Alpha’s teamwork fall apart? Find out in “Blood vs Duty,” streaming on iWant and airing weeknights at 8pm on ABS-CBN sa ALLTV2, A2Z, Kapamilya Channel, and Kapamilya Online Live (KOL).
