Vincent and Stella's first meeting
On his way to work, Vincent drives his vehicle and later experiences a road rage incident with a taxi driver, nearly colliding with him. Vincent steps out of his car and challenges the driver to face him, leading to a heated argument between the two. Growing impatient, Stella gets out of the taxi to stop them, worried that the longer their confrontation lasts, the higher her fare will be, especially since she has somewhere important to go. Before leaving, Stella and Vincent briefly exchange glances.
Stella and Vincent's close encounter
Another instance where Stella and Vincent meet is at the resort, where Vincent is attending his father’s birthday, and Stella is fulfilling a prior commitment. When Vincent asks what she is doing by the shore, Stella replies sarcastically, “Bakit? Bawal ba ako dito? Kayo lang ba ang anak ng Diyos?” Vincent chooses not to respond.
As he walks away, he accidentally kicks up some sand that gets into her eyes. Vincent quickly apologizes and helps her, gently blowing the dust away. This brings them face-to-face, pausing for a moment in close proximity.
Vincent stares at Stella
Stella asks for a ride in Vincent’s car, as they are leaving the resort at the same time. As Vincent begins to drive, he subtly glances at Stella, noticing her short dress. Stella catches him and playfully calls him out: “Gusto mo ‘yung nakikita mo, ‘no?”—pulling him back from his thoughts.
Uncomfortable with the silence, Stella tries to turn on the stereo. Vincent then starts a conversation, asking what happened to her after noticing the rip in her blouse. Stella dodges his question: “Close ba tayo para magkwentuhan?” she replies, before offering him gum and feeding him one while he drives.
Stella warns Vincent about his behavior
Now fully aware of Stella’s job as an escort, a drunk Vincent approaches her inside the bar, startling her momentarily. He tries to hit on her, but Stella firmly refuses and urges him to talk to other girls instead. Vincent, however, remains persistent, “Magkasama lang tayo kanina, ‘di ba?”
Stella asks if he is deliberately following her, but Vincent responds with distasteful remarks, which she meets with disgust. “Alam mo, kung may problema ka, iwan mo sa labas. Dahil walang lugar ‘yang problema mo dito.” Vincent remains unfazed, even going so far as to ask her to name her price.
Vincent takes Stella with him
Vincent drives from the bar to find Stella, who is busy with her booking for the night. Spotting her getting intimate with a customer in a parked car, Vincent calls out and urges her to get out of the vehicle. The customer becomes furious, but Vincent insists that Stella come with him instead, claiming he has money to offer her.
The customer then tries to leave with Stella, prompting Vincent to chase after them. “Sinabi nang baba!” he orders Stella once more. Finally, she decides to go with him, leaving her client behind.
Vincent asks Stella for a different favor
Vincent takes Stella to a hotel room. Assuming Vincent only wants her services, Stella immediately removes her dress, facing him fully naked. When Vincent turns toward her, he is shocked—but instead of taking advantage, he helps her dress again, revealing that he has other intentions. He hands her a folder containing important information. “Memoryahin mo lahat nang ‘to,” he tells her, leaving Stella visibly confused.
Stella gets interrogated by the authorities
The police officers continue to investigate Walter’s case, uncovering more evidence that unfortunately points to Vincent as the prime suspect. Hiring Stella to serve as his alibi, she faces Ricardo (Ian de Leon) to answer some of his questions regarding Vincent. As Ricardo presses further—having found bloodstains on Vincent’s polo the night Walter died—Stella steps in.
She stands and explains that the bloodstains came from Vincent’s own lips, as they had shared an intimate moment at the time. To reinforce her claim, Stella even leans in and attempts to kiss Vincent, reenacting the moment in front of Ricardo.
Vincent defends Stella against Jacqueline
When Stella, in a panic, reveals to the media that she and Vincent are in a relationship—labeling herself as his mistress—Jacqueline (Zsa Zsa Padilla) visits her that night to get the truth. Stella confirms to Jacqueline that she is Vincent’s mistress, though Jacqueline remains uncertain. Later, Vincent arrives at the bar and sees the two talking.
“May namamagitan ba talaga sa inyo?” Jacqueline asks, but he gives no answer, and she watches as he takes care of Stella. Disappointed, Jacqueline cannot accept that her son would betray his family.
“She’s doing me a favor. ‘Wag n’yo sana siyang guluhin. Mas kabisado ko hong protektahan ang sarili ko,” Vincent defends Stella, and Jacqueline walks away. Moving forward, Stella is confused about why Vincent cannot simply reveal the truth to his family, to which he clarifies that they must never know about their arrangement, as they would do everything to get rid of him regardless.
Vincent protects Stella from her client
Upon seeing Stella being harassed at her workplace, Vincent quickly comes to her defense and takes her outside. He questions why she still works there, since he had already given her enough cash to cover her needs.
“’Yung perang binigay mo, ginamit ko sa operasyon ng kapatid ko,” she explains, adding that she used the money to pay for bills.
Vincent then asks about her own needs, but Stella insists that she wants to put her family first. Curious, Stella wonders why Vincent decided to visit her, and he tells her that he simply wants to escape the reality of his life. Stella relates to him and later reveals her real name—Stella—since he had only known her as Alegria, her stage name, until then.
Vincent and Stella face Arthur and Jacqueline
As Arthur (John Arcilla) attempts to kidnap Stella and take her to their residence, Vincent becomes alarmed and rushes to the house, where he finds Stella with his parents. Arthur explains that they only want to talk to her, while Jacqueline emphasizes that Stella has been tarnishing their reputation for some time.
“Humingi ba ako ng tulong sa inyo? Hindi magiging parte si Stella ng mind games ninyo,” Vincent reminds them. Arthur tries to convince him that Stella is probably just using him for his wealth. Vincent, however, confesses that he is in love with Stella.
When his parents remain in disbelief, he has no choice but to kiss Stella in front of them. Jacqueline calls their action inappropriate, but Vincent leaves them with the warning: “’Wag na ‘wag na kayong lalapit kay Stella, and no one touches her, ever.”
