Guards on duty! The Ultimate 8 housemates sleep in the garden to protect their million-vote balls.
Two sleeps before Big Night, but the Ultimate 8—Lella Ford, Caprice Cayetano, Ashley Sarmiento, Krystal Mejes, Miguel Vergara, Heath Jornales, Princess Aliyah and Joaquin Arce—aren't sleeping easy with Kuya's final task putting their fate in the competition on the line.
In the February 26 episode of “Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0,” after the housemates collected the 40 balls that Kuya had them hunt inside the house, they were informed that they needed to safeguard them as the balls are equivalent to one million votes for the upcoming Big Night.
Each housemate was then given their own board where they had to balance the balls. It was up to them to decide how many balls they would take under their care. If a ball dropped, they had five seconds to grab and return it to the balancing board. Miss the five-second window and that ball gets deducted from their total.
The housemates showed solid teamwork while protecting their assigned pieces. At first, some focused on steadying the load while others rushed to recover anything that slipped. But the challenge doubled when all of them had to hold their own board at once, testing the housemates' stamina as the task stretched for hours until Kuya finally signaled a break.
And then, panic mode activated when ninjas entered the garden area where the balls were located. The housemates kept a close watch, but by the end of the day, the ninjas managed to steal four balls in total.
When night fell, the housemates decided to sleep in the garden area for overnight security duty. Joaquin Arce set up DIY barricades by the doors, not realizing a ninja would enter through a different access point. Good thing they reacted fast and forced the intruder out with nothing taken.
Will the housemates still have a chance to recover the balls they lost?
