Ivan (Jeremiah Lisbo) stops Liam (Donny Pangilinan) from carrying out his plan to kill Dado (Bernard Palanca) in the February 16 episode of “Roja.”
Dado leads Liam to Luna (Maymay Entrata) and the other victims’ location, where they are seen preparing food. Dado takes Liam and the other victims hostage as they, the goons, feast on the food that Luna and Liam had planned to prepare---unaware of the consequences it would bring.
As the armed men enjoy the food, things soon become blurry around them. Liam and Luna seize the opportunity, and before Dado can attack, they quickly strike the armed men on the head, knocking them both unconscious.
With their plan succeeding, having put Dado and the armed men to sleep by mixing a sedative into the food prepared by Luna, Joy (Sophie Reyes), and Happy (Rubi Rubi), Liam swiftly grabs a gun and points it directly at Dado, attempting to kill him. Ivan quickly stops him.
“Papatayin tayo nito pag nagising ‘to!” Liam reiterates, but Ivan makes him realize that they should not go beyond their principles to the point of killing someone. “Kapag tinuloy mo ‘yan, hindi ka na rin naiiba sa kanila. Alam kong gusto mong gumanti, pero hindi ito ang paraan,” Ivan states, which makes Liam stop his attempt to end Dado.
Liam then asks Luna to get the other goon’s earpiece and weapons, while he instructs Joy and Happy to tie up the goons while they remain unconscious.
