Kapuso actor Miguel Tanfelix’s stint as a houseguest may have been short, but it was definitely sweet, which is why, during his farewell, the housemates made sure to send him off with special gifts.
In the January 8 episode of "Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0," we saw the continued fun bonding moments between the housemates and houseguest Miguel, starting with his frisbee training session with them, which would be relevant to their 11th weekly task.
Since frisbee is a heavy cardio activity, the housemates sure ended up hungry, so Big Brother assigned Miguel to prepare their snack, and he thought instant noodles with egg would be the perfect pick. He was allowed to choose a housemate to assist him in the kitchen, and of course, he picked Sofia, who looked completely 'fed' with just 'kilig' even without eating yet.
The rest of the housemates also enjoyed watching how adorably cute Sofia acted around her crush. After everyone enjoyed the snack prepared by houseguest Miguel, he began packing up his things.
And Sofia’s 'kilig' surely won’t run out anytime soon, as Miguel left her one of his jackets as a parting gift. He also gave some of his belongings to the other housemates, who in turn handed him pieces of their own—making it feel like a late holiday exchange gift for everyone. As Kapamilya Miguel put it, they really enjoyed their time with their visitor, who treated them like 'barkada.'
And just like that, it was time for Miguel to say his goodbyes. "Isa po ito sa mga ite-treasure kong moments sa buhay ko, Kuya," he told Big Brother in the confession room before officially leaving. "Masaya po [ang experience]. Syempre, may kaunting challenge dahil hindi po ako sanay na nasa loob ng bahay lang, walang gadgets. Pero importante rin na present ka kapag kasama mo ang pamilya't kaibigan mo."
Miguel said he felt like he found little siblings in the teen housemates. He also shared that he learned how even the smallest gestures, when done with pure intentions, can make a big impact on someone’s life.
