In light of ABS-CBN finding its new home in ALLTV2 at the onset of 2026, “ASAP” made sure that it would ring in the new year, its first-ever live episode for this year, and its much-awaited grand homecoming aired on Sunday, January 4, in a really remarkable note by mounting a monumental celebration comprised of striking and exhilarating production numbers.
The episode commenced with the upbeat promotional music video of “Kapamilya Channel sa ALLTV2” featuring some of the biggest stars of ABS-CBN. An all-star live production number of “Forever Kapamilya” then ensued at Studio 10, with mainstays Gary Valenciano, Martin Nievera, Zsa Zsa Padilla, Regine Velasquez-Alcasid, Ogie Alcasid, Erik Santos, Yeng Constantino, and KZ Tandingan leading the troop.
It was not only the talented Kapamilya celebrities who were present in the special event, but also the top executives of ABS-CBN as well, such as President and Chief Executive Officer Carlo L. Katigbak, Chief Operating Officer Cory V. Vidanes, and Star Magic and TV Production Head Laurenti Dyogi.
As soon as the opening act was over, the hosts enthusiastically expressed their gratitude and glee for being able to find a home in ALLTV2, as well as their promise to fulfill their sworn duty of being “in the service of Filipino people,” which they did by continuing to serve and making every Kapamilya from different parts of the world happy.
