Edong’s (Jake Cuenca) revenge proves insatiable as he infiltrates Warden William Ayoc’s house with the intention of killing him. Unlike his previous victims, it isn’t easy—Ayoc fights back, leaving Edong bruised and bloodied.
Eventually, Edong gains the upper hand. Ignoring Warden Ayoc’s desperate pleas, he cuts out the warden’s tongue, which the police discover the next day.
When they realize Warden Ayoc’s wife and children are in the house, they go upstairs and find them bound and gagged, tearful and trembling.
A flashback reveals how Edong spared them, showing that he regained his senses when he saw the warden’s wife protecting her two sons. The sight reminded him of his deceased mother and of his harrowing final moments with the other Dolores (Malou de Guzman).
Before his final moments with Dolores, at the dinner table, they discussed Edong’s resentment and his plans to continue his revenge—an intensity that gradually frightened Dolores for her life.
She tried to reason with him, urging that he could start over and let go of the past, but he lashed out, insisting that she didn’t understand why he was doing this. He added that those who had wronged them would get a taste of their own medicine, as they had never once regretted the harm they had caused.
More than the warden’s family triggering his conscience, it intensifies when Edong enters Lucas’ (JM de Guzman) home and sees an old photo of them with their mother. This sparks further flashbacks of Dolores’ tragic fate.
Back at Dolores’ hut, a few hours after their confrontation, she masked her fear and waited for Edong to fall asleep before attempting to leave. Her efforts are in vain—when she finally moved to escape, Edong was already waiting by the door.
After sensing Dolores’ unease, Edong ominously asked where she was going. She lied, but he saw through it, and the more she tried to reason with him, the deeper he sank into his wrath. He violently grabbed her, and when she fought back, Edong reached his breaking point and strangled her to death, frustrated by her inability to grasp the depth of his vengeance.
By the end of the episode, Edong realizes that, in a way, he has become like the people who once hurt him.
