Just when Santino (Ronwaldo Martin) thought that he and Erika (Gillian Vicencio) were already out of danger, they eventually found themselves in trouble again as they fell on Angkong Lucio’s (Ronnie Lazaro) lair. This was after Santino refused to obey Erika’s advice for him to not answer the call from any members of the Red Phoenix group and to just forget them all at once because she’s certain that they would only bring them menace.
Angkong told him that his life is in danger as Mayor Roberto Guerrero (Albert Martinez) has been looking for him after he ran away with his daughter, Erika. As Santino was already resolute to reject the help that he had offered him, Lucio tried to regain his sympathy by telling him that they were hiding as well from Mayor Roberto after he threatened their lives because of what he did.
Unfortunately, Santino was convinced by Lucio’s fabricated story and face concern towards him, so he told him their exact location. Erika got absolutely upset by what Santino had just done and recounted to him what the Red Phoenix did to her when he left her at their hideout. She told him that Lucio actually forged allegiance with her father, so they’re likely just following his orders.
