The former "Pinoy Big Brother Gen 11" housemates just hit another milestone as they made their debut at the Star Magic All-Star Games on Sunday, July 20. Some of them even took home medals!
A few of the “PBB Gen 11” gents joined the Men’s Volleyball event. Dylan Yturralde, who has had a collegiate volleyball career before joining “PBB,” showed off his varsity-caliber skills.
His 'Smashers' teammate Patrick Ramirez sealed their team's win with a championship-clinching spike, and was a consistent force throughout the match, earning him the MVP (Most Valuable Player) title.
Joining them in Team Smashers was fellow housemate Binsoy Namoca, who added his quirky charm to the winning squad. On the other side of the net, Dingdong Bahan represented Team Aces.
Over at the Women’s Volleyball event, the batch’s Big Winner herself, Fyang Smith, proved she’s got game beyond the PBB house after being named Rookie of the Year. Her team, the Lady Spikers, were the champions.
Rain Celmar also made waves on the court and earned a spot in the Mythical 6. She played alongside fellow housemate Jas Dudley-Scales as part of the first runner-up team, Lady Setters.
A few of the boys also hit the hardcourt for the Basketball event, where they joined the more senior Star Magic ballers in a rematch against Team Payaman’s Anibilabol Basketbol Team coached by Cong TV. JM Ibarra balled out and was named Rookie of the Year, while Marc Nanninga played alongside the pros as well.
Meanwhile, Kolette Madelo and Kai Montinola brought glam to the game as muses for the Star Magic Shooting Stars. And proving that this batch really does it all, Jarren Garcia stepped up as one of the main hosts of the event.
