For more than 120 episodes, we’ve watched Baron Geisler portray Miguel Tecson, aka Jaguar, the Kontraks' sharp sniper and skilled doctor, and loving father to Mickey (Lucas Andalio), in "Incognito."
His story has come to an end, but we’re not ready to let go.
In Incognito’s July 16 episode, Jaguar met his fate on the battlefield in a scene that was equal parts heroic and heartbreaking as he volunteered to rescue Gab/Sparrow (Maris Racal), insisting that Andres/Wolf (Daniel Padilla) and Tomas/Monkey (Anthony Jennings) stay back since they were already badly wounded. Thinking they were in the clear after he took down what he believed were all of the enemy snipers, he rushed to pull Gab to safety, only to be struck by a final hidden shot that ended his life.
Now are hearts are crushed because saying goodbye to Jaguar is not easy. But before we officially close this chapter, let’s honor Baron’s performance and the precious behind-the-scenes memories he shared with his co-stars and the entire "Incognito" fam.
Baron shared a behind-the-scenes video that feels like a hug and a punch to the gut all at once. It's a montage of the team's final shoot in Marawi City, which served as the haunting backdrop of the series' last battle.
Teamwork could be felt in every frame—members hustling under the sun and Baron pouring his heart and soul into every scene. They also worked closely with Task Force Marawi, the inter-agency group leading the city’s recovery and rehabilitation. Filming in Marawi wasn’t easy. It has been a warzone, after all, and being surrounded by remnants of real conflict sure hits different. But even amid the ruins, the cast found warmth in the support of the locals, who welcomed them with smiles.
Somehow, even in the heaviest sequences, there was light. Literally. Baron made sure to capture the rainbow that appeared while they were filming—a rainbow, like the universe itself was saluting their final mission. And if that wasn’t ‘senti’ enough, he chose "Fix You" by Coldplay as the background music for the montage. Like, Jaguar, did you want us to cry even more? Because mission accomplished.
“Wrapping up this incredible journey with full hearts and unforgettable memories. Grateful for the hardworking team who brought passion and dedication every single day. To everyone who made this project possible, thank you for the love, support, and the smiles shared under rainbows. Here’s to many more stories to tell and dreams to chase,” he wrote in the caption, hitting us right in the feels.
Aside from breaking our hearts with his performance, he made sure to show love to everyone, from his co-stars to the entire production team. In one post, he gave a special shoutout to the art department for their passion and creativity. He's really talent and humility rolled into one. "Sobrang salamat sa buong team ng art dep. Nakakapagod din sobra pagbuhat at pagbigay ng equipment, baril na mga mabibigat, lahat ng props pero wala akong nakita ni isang reklamo o pagbabago ng energy sa bawat taping natin," he said.

The series’ director, Lester Pimentel, also paid tribute to Jaguar, calling him a symbol of redemption. “Despite being faced with immense challenges and being at his lowest, he relentlessly picks himself up. A loving father and a loyal friend. The kind of person we wish to be on our side during our most trying times,” Direk Lester wrote, alongside stills of Jaguar during that scene where he took down the enemy snipers one by one.
That sums up Jaguar perfectly. Flawed, but fighting. Scarred, but steadfast. A character who carried the weight of the war so others could live.
And the way Baron portrayed it—raw and deeply human—was nothing short of masterful. He gave Jaguar grit and soul. He gave us a performance that lingers, etched into the heart of every viewer who saw the man behind the sniper scope.

Jaguar may have fallen, but the weight of his final shot, the soul Baron gave him, will echo long after the war is over.
