Samuel (Gerald Anderson) bravely shows up for work despite his son still missing. Jacob (JC de Vera) and Roldan (Joko Diaz) both wonder why he’s at the office. Jacob remarks that Samuel should be out searching for the seed phrase, while Roldan suspects he might be quietly planning something. Alone in his office, behind closed doors, Samuel can’t stop thinking about where Roldan might have taken his son. “Saan mo tinatago ang anak ko?” he wonders, his thoughts directed at Roldan.
At the coffee shop, Arissa (Francine Diaz) expresses her gratitude to Enzo (Seth Fedelin), but he tells her there's no need to thank him—after all, King still hasn't been found. “One day, babawi ako,” Arissa assures him. “Kahit kailan, hindi ako maghihintay ng kapalit,” Enzo replies.
As they continue talking, Luke (Jeremiah Lisbo) arrives and interrupts, apologizing to Arissa for not being there during the incident. “I should have stayed by your side,” Luke says sincerely.
Agnes approaches Samuel at his office and anxiously asks him for the truth, “Ano ba ang totoo? Nawawala ba ang anak mo o nadukot? Sabihin mo sa akin.” Despite his hesitation, Samuel answers honestly. “Kinidnap ‘yung anak ko. Hindi totoong nahanap na siya. Hanggang ngayon, hawak pa rin nila si King.”
Agnes presses further and asks why Roldan is after him. She also asks if Samuel is keeping the money from the investment scam. Just as Samuel is about to reveal that they’re after the seed phrase, Bekkah (Malou Crisologo), Roldan’s secretary, barges in and coldly informs him that he is being summoned to Roldan’s office.
Samuel keeps his composure as Roldan casually asks how he’s doing, noting that he seems overworked and in need of a break. He invites Samuel to have lunch with him, but Samuel politely declines, saying he needs to finish a proposal. Still, Roldan insists.
Over lunch, Roldan shares that he admires Samuel’s devotion to his family. Eventually, he brings up King. Pretending to recall, he asks for the boy’s name again. Then, with a cold undertone, he says, “Alam mo, ‘yung mga ganiyang klaseng anak, kailangan ‘yan palaging iniingatan. ‘Yung hindi mawawalay sa paningin mo. Alam mo na. Mahirap na.”
Still holding back his rage, Samuel grips a knife and responds, “Kung may magtangka man na ilayo siya sa’kin… makakapatay ako.”
Unsettled by Samuel’s reaction, Roldan orders Jacob’s righthand man to kill Samuel’s son.
At the Trinidad residence, Samuel, his friends, and Lolita continue searching for answers. Ismael (Jerald Napoles) comes across a photo where Lolita’s baby bump is clearly visible during the wedding. Lolita shares that she was already pregnant before the marriage. Rafael (Nico Antonio) comments that it was a smart move—so Samuel wouldn’t be considered an illegitimate child. Hearing this, Samuel asks which church the photo was taken in. Without wasting time, he heads out to Sto, Nino Church, hoping it could lead him closer to completing the seed phrase.
Johnny (RK Bagatsing) secretly tails his fellow officers assigned to a special operation, believing they’re on a mission to find Samuel’s son. He still can’t shake off the thought that Samuel is hiding something—and that he’s a liar.
While Agnes and Colonel Villanueva lead the team in the search and rescue mission for King, she receives a text message: “SITIO SAN RAFAEL ABANDONED BUILDING ANAK NI TRINIDAD.”
