As the “Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0” housemates continue sharing stories about the special people outside their family whom they’d love to give gifts to this Christmas, Kapuso stars Caprice Cayetano and Ashley Sarmiento both opted for their aunts, who have contributed so much to who they’ve become and where they are at present.
Their fellow Sparkle artist, John Clifford, meanwhile, chose his special friend Nikki, as he imparted how they and their families have been spending Christmases together for years now, as well as how she has been making his Christmas complete over the years.
“Si Nikki po, Kuya, napakahalagang tao po [niya] sa buhay ko. Siya po ‘yong laging nag-a-advice sa akin na huwag i-doubt ang sarili ko. Actually, dito rin po sa bahay n’yo, Kuya, I’m always facing the same problem. But everytime I’m facing that problem dito sa bahay n’yo, I always remember her [because] she’s really the person who pushes me and assures me po na everything that I’m doing is well po, Kuya,” he related inside the confession room.
And his choice of gift? A bunch of dried flowers, as it symbolizes his love for her, which he expounds by dropping the cheesiest line viewers have probably heard from him so far—“Ang pagmamahal ko sa’yo parang dried flowers. Hindi namamatay”—which made some of his housemates kilig. The “Dutiful Langga ng Cebu” hopes that through those flowers, Nikki will be reminded that he’s still with her in spirit this coming Christmas.
The next ones to proceed in front were Anton Vinzon and Lella Ford, who both wished to give special presents to their angels at home, who have shown them and their family nothing but unconditional love through the years of working for them. The “Blooming Bunso ng Tacloban” likes to give her Ate Tess a bouquet of flowers, while the “Astig Anak-tion Star ng Baguio” wishes to gift his Ate Yosh with a shirt.
