Matthias (Eric Fructuoso) eagerly tries to uncover who has been sabotaging Bakunawa’s plans. He hacks into the Mael’s (Jerald Napoles) network system and discovers that Samuel (Gerald Anderson) is the one behind everything that’s been happening to the syndicate group. Fueled by anger, Matthias begins dialing his phone to call Tanda (Tirso Cruz III).
Just as Matthias is about to make the call, he spots a suspicious motorcycle in front of his car. He confronts the masked rider, and a fistfight ensues. Matthias manages to flee, but the motorcycle rider chases after him. As the pursuit continues, Matthias focuses on escaping the mysterious man tailing him. He keeps checking his rearview mirror—until another car crashes into his, causing him to bleed and lose consciousness.
To his shock, the motorcycle rider turns out to be Samuel. As Samuel looks at the unconscious Matthias, the driver of the car that hit Matthias is revealed to be Colonel Enrico (Soliman Cruz). This is how he supports Samuel in his mission. They then rush Matthias to the hospital and place him under hospital arrest.
