Meanwhile, Mael (Jerald Napoles) continues to blame himself for the failed operation that cost Colonel Villanueva his life and forced Samuel into hiding. His guilt weighs in, until a call from Samuel comes in. “Tol, tumawag ako dahil may bago tayong operasyon.”
Mael assures him that he is ready, determined to help. With new equipment in hand, they begin setting up for their next mission--one that could finally bring Bakunawa down.
