Diego (Tirso Cruz III) is bombarded by questions from the media, but he refuses to give any statement. Suddenly, Agnes (Jessy Mendiola) confronts him. “Pinatay mo ang tatay ko, si Police Colonel Joseph Garcia (Tonton Gutierrez)!”
A flashback hits Diego. Agnes continues, “Pinatay mo siya nang malaman mong iniimbestigahan niya ang mga scammers.” Diego remembers the moment Joseph informed him, saying he had a lead. That revelation pushed Diego to silence him. “Nung nalaman mo na iniimbistigahan niya ang Bakunawa, pinatay mo siya!” Agnes accuses.
The flashback intensifies, Joseph is shown being shot from behind by Diego. But Diego denies Agnes’ allegations. Cold and dismissive, he orders her to leave. He fires her and warns her never to show up in front of him again.
