In keeping with the movie’s theme, and with the new year just around the corner, FranSeth got into a reflective mood during a fun Kapamilya Chat challenge where they answered questions about how they visualize their lives years from now.
For many celebrities, thoughts of retiring often come gradually, especially with the belief that a showbiz career doesn’t always guarantee longevity. But for Francine and Seth, they see themselves staying in the entertainment industry for as long as they can.
When asked about the age they plan to retire, both shared that, for now, leaving the industry isn’t on their minds. They love what they do, and as long as they can handle it and there’s still demand for their talent, they’ll continue acting. In fact, they adorably imagine themselves playing grandma and grandpa roles in the future!
For them, excelling in their work isn’t because they see showbiz as a retirement plan, but instead they strive to give their best to learn more, eventually share their knowledge with younger artists, and achieve personal growth along the way.
Aside from aiming for a steady career in showbiz, Francine and Seth also dream of completing their studies someday and hope to see their siblings finish college too. And they believe that the perfect time for these goals will come.
And as for their message to their future selves, Seth dropped a heartfelt reminder to always stay grounded and never forget where he came from, no matter how far he goes in life.
And then, kilig soared high when FranSeth, who we last saw in a primetime teleserye via “Dirty Linen,” reflected on how they envision their love team a decade from now.
"Gusto kong makita ang FranSeth sa future na solid pa rin," Seth expressed, with Francine adding sweetly, "Best friends pa rin." They both acknowledged that the next 10 years might bring challenges, but they’re confident they’ll always have each other’s backs. As Francine put it perfectly, "Sana kasangga n'yo pa rin ang isa't isa."
