For the past 15 years, the “It’s Showtime” family has constantly provided madlang people with laughter and good vibes every noontime. With all the efforts, hardwork, and dedication they have exerted, we believe that each one of them deserve to achieve the things they’ve yearning for.
Now that we’re only a few days away from Christmas, we asked some of the hosts the question, “Ano ang deserve mo this Christmas?” Find out their answers in this exclusive video!
Instead of responding for themselves, the dynamic comedy duo of Lassy Marquez and MC Muah chose to wish for one another. MC jested that since his bestie has been hardworking this year, he’s worthy of having a new “face,” while Lassy thought that love life is the best gift his partner will ever receive.
After not being able to spend time with their families in the past months due to their work commitments, “Showtime Online U” (SOU) hosts Marielle Montellano and Lorraine Galvez both desire to make it up to them during the holiday break. Since their family is currently in an “LDR,” or long-distance relationship, Lorraine wishes that each member of their family is awake on noche buena and they’re going to have a merry celebration.
Their fellow host and “Tawag ng Tanghalan” alumna Anne Tenorio, meanwhile, think that she is deserving of the gift of peace of mind. “It’s Showtime” host Jackie Gonzaga had the same wish because of everything she went through in life this year.
On the other hand, Jhong Hilario, JM Dela Cerna, and Darren Espanto, all simply crave for rest and keep up with sleep these holidays, to which many of us can definitely relate to. Jhong said, “Alam ko sa sarili ko na ang dami kong na-achieve, ang dami kong nagawa bilang isang tao. [So], I think, kailangan ko rin makapagpahinga para ma-treat ko naman ang sarili ko.”
Content creator-turned-SOU host AC Soriano has been diligent this 2024, so what he’s all been asking for is a vacation where he can take a rest and go shopping.
Lastly, SOU host Sheena Belarmino feels that she deserves to have her dream of working on more projects, particularly in theater, be realized next year because of her promising talents, which she has demonstrated through her engagements over the past year.
