Rory Quinto's 2005 drama film "Dubai" is a masterpiece that brought together three of the brightest stars of their generation: from the original Filipino matinee idol Aga Muhlach, to the Optimum Star Claudine Barretto, and the iconic leading man John Lloyd Cruz, Philippine cinema was blessed to have them in a story that showed the hardships of being an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW).

Raffy (Aga) and Andrew (John Lloyd) are siblings who reunite in Dubai to finally fulfill their promise to each other since they were kids — to earn enough and move to Canada.

But their lives took an unexpected turn with Faye (Claudine), the woman that captured both their hearts. Will they still choose their brotherhood over their hearts’ desire?

As "Dubai" celebrates its 20th anniversary on September 28, let us revisit the kind of love that will teach us the value of sacrifice and forgiveness, as seen in this film.
