The 2025 Metro Manila Film Festival roster of entries is complete — and Will Ashley, Dustin Yu, and Bianca de Vera’s "Love You So Bad” are among the final four to round out this year’s edition!
“Love You So Bad”, a co-production between Star Cinema, GMA Pictures, and Regal Entertainment, is now officially part of the 51st MMFF, the festival body revealed during the Announcement of the second batch of official film entries, held at the University of Makati Performing Arts Theater on October 10.
The news comes after the “Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition” alums first unveiled their big screen collab through a New Movie Alert announcement on August 21. Teaming up with Will, Dustin, and Bianca in this new journey is their “Love You So Bad” director Mae Cruz-Alviar and scriptwriter Crystal San Miguel.

“Sassy, confident and unapologetically herself, college senior Savannah (Bianca de Vera) is determined to live life on her own terms. She finds herself torn between two very different men: one who fuels her wild side, bad boy and chick magnet LA (Dustin Yu), and one who challenges her to grow, principled and ambitious Vic (Will Ashley). As old wounds resurface and difficult choices confront her, she must decide who she really wants to be and who she dares to love.”
The kilig frenzy does not end there, as the official teaser of “Love You So Bad” has arrived for your viewing pleasure! Now, are you ready to meet Savannah, LA, and Vic?
In the middle of a crowded party, time stops as Bianca’s Savannah locks eyes with a single soul. Or rather, make those two!
Caught in a daze, Savannah inches closer to Dustin’s lovestruck LA, until it cuts to Will’s equally mystified Vic. After Savannah shoots a warm smile, she wraps her arms around LA (or is it Vic?) as they sway to the mellow “Sikulo”, sung by yet another lovely trio of artists: Angela Ken, Maki, and Nhiko.
The back-and-forth mix of tension and curiosity continues until Savannah suddenly faints. Carrying Savannah to what looks to be her pink bedroom, the two men are each stunned by her one and only intimate request: “Dito ka lang.” Whether her plea refers to that exact moment or to something more, that is for the viewers to guess!
With their almost kisses, whispers of sweet nothings, and even a glimpse into LA and Vic’s smooth courting moves, we’re simply aching to see what’s in store for these three!
Thankfully, we’re merely a few months away, as “Love You So Bad” premieres exclusively in Philippine cinemas on December 25.

The Will, Dustin, and Bianca starrer also joins Vice Ganda, Nadine Lustre, and director Jun Robles Lana’s “Call Me Mother”, a collaboration between Star Cinema, The IdeaFirst Company, and Viva Communications Inc., as Star Cinema’s second entry in this year’s MMFF.
