American pop rock band Maroon 5 announced that they will be releasing a new album titled Love Is Like.
"We’re excited to announce our 8th studio album Love Is Like, will be released August 15th!" the band posted on their official Facebook page on June 23.
Following the release of the new record, the band shared that they will be staging various shows. "AND we'll be touring the US this fall with 23 shows, kicking off October 6th in Phoenix, AZ," they said.
Ahead of the album’s release, Maroon 5 surprised fans with a brand-new single. "AND AND we just released a new song off the album to celebrate - 'All Night' is out now everywhere, the official music video drops this Thursday, June 26 at 9pm PT!" they revealed.
Fans online were quick to react to the announcement.

"I am so ready!" another fan weote.
In an interview on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon in early April, Adam confirmed that the band will be releasing new music this year.
"The rumors are correct. There are details. I cannot divulge all the details. But the details are basically, roughly, there’s a single coming at the end of the month-ish. I’m really excited about it," he said.
The singer went on: "An album is coming over the summer. Non-specifically around the summertime. And then, even more non-specifically, there is a tour coming in the fall-ish."
Maroon 5 last release an album in 2021 called Jordi.
Meanwhile back in April, the band collaborated with BLACKPINK's Lisa for her single "Priceless."
Maroon 5 is composed of lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist Adam Levine, rhythm guitarist and keyboardist Jesse Carmichael, lead guitarist James Valentine, drummer Matt Flynn, keyboardist PJ Morton, and bassist and sampler Sam Farrar.
Among their hit singles include "Payphone," "She Will Be Loved," "Won't Go Home Without You," "Daylight," and "This Love," among others.
