Sabrina Carpenter shared how Taylor Swift's The Eras Tour inspired her own tour, Short n' Sweet.
Sabrina became the front act for 25 shows of Taylor's Eras Tour in Asia, South America, and Australia.
In an interview with Vogue, Sabrina remarked: "Her stadiums make my shows look like clubs."
She highlighted: "Watching her keep their attention as if she’s playing in their living room, it was like—and I told her this—Your tour enabled me to do mine."
Sabrina commenced her Short n' Sweet arena tour back in September 2024 in North America and concluded it in November 2024. The "Espresso" singer will kick off the European leg of the tour on March 3, spanning 19 shows across different cities.
Sabrina recently won her first two Grammy Awards in early February. The singer won Best Pop Vocal Album for Short n' Sweet and Best Pop Solo Performance for "Espresso."
"I really was not expecting this. And all those nominees who are on the screen are some of my favorite artists in the world, and I can’t believe that I’m nominated against them are even in this room right now," she said in her speech as she received Best Pop Vocal Album award.
She went on: "Thank you to the Recording Academy for having me and having everyone here tonight in celebration and in honor of everything that’s happened. I feel so lucky to be able to come together and do something so special and beautiful and celebrate music."
The "Please Please Please" singer went on: "This is so special to me, and Short n’ Sweet means the world. Thank you to all the producers and writers that made this album."
Sabrina was recently unveiled as the March cover star of Vogue.
The singer took to social media to mark this milestone in her career.
"Me on the cover of @voguemagazine shot by the one and only Steven Meisel," she posted.
"This was a day engrained in my memory and magic I could never ever recreate. Thank you Anna, thank you Sergio 🤍🤍🤍 thank you Steven, Pat + Guido. Team out of my wildest dreams!" she added.
