Donny Pangilinan and Belle Mariano were surprised to see a 93-year-old fan in one of the many block screenings of their movie "Tayo sa Wakas," which began screening on Wednesday in over 200 cinemas nationwide.
Aside from their fan clubs, advocacy groups such as World Vision and Call to Rescue were also part of the block screenings today.
Donny and Belle have nothing but gratefulness in their hearts for the support of their fans.
"It's so nice we see them jumping. Alam mo 'yong para nasa edge sila ng seat nila? Sobrang nakakataba ng puso," said Belle.
"Umiikot po kami sa mga block screenings pero nakikita rin po namin 'yung mga regular screenings, pumipila sila. Very blessed and very grateful," Donny added.
Coming from the red carpet premiere on Tuesday, which was attended by celebrities, friends, fans and their families, Belle is still on an emotional high.
"Naiiyak pa din ako kasi 'yung journey talaga namin dito sobrang grabe, ang dami naming pinagdaanan. But it was worth it," she said.
For Donny, the premiere night was a moment to remember.
"Kami, that was the first time na mapanood namin 'yong film last night. So that was an experience we got to share to our families, friends, and supporters namin. Grabe, ang daming emotions na nandoon," he said.

ABS-CBN News asked for Belle's reaction after that captured moment when she was hugged by Donny's parents, Anthony and Maricel Laxa-Pangilinan.
"They were all crying, nakakatawa. Even when I got home, my mom was still crying. I'm glad they liked it," she said.
While this is their last movie for the foreseeable future, Donny felt the love and support from their friends in the industry, including the fans and the whole ABS-CBN family.
"It means the world to see our friends support us. Hindi nila malalaman kung gaano kalaki yun for us, kasi we know every one is so busy doing their own thing but a lot of people showed up," said Donny.
