HBO Max released Thursday the trailer for the third season of "Euphoria," offering a glimpse into the characters’ lives years after high school.
Set to premiere on April 13, the new season reportedly features a five-year time jump following the events of season two.
"Few years after high school. I don't know if life was exactly what I wished. But somehow, for the first time, I was beginning to have faith," Zendaya's Rue said in a voiceover at the start of the trailer.
Trouble arises when Martha Kelly's drug-dealing character Laurie reappears, confronting Rue about a debt and leaving her visibly surprised and concerned.
The trailer also features Cassie (Sydney Sweeney), filming risque content, much to the disappointment of her soon-to-be-husband Nate (Jacob Elordi), among other returning characters.
The eight-episode third season arrives four years after the second season premiered, while the show's first season debuted in 2019.
