MANILA -- Ping Medina's villain character Edwin has bid goodbye to ABS-CBN's hit action-drama series "FPJ's Batang Quiapo."
In episode 640 of the series, Edwin was killed by Santino (Ronwaldo Martin) as their group tried to eliminate the latter and bring back Erika (Gillian Vicencio) to the Guerreros.
In a social media post, show producer Dreamscape Entertainment thanked Medina and bid him farewell.
The episode garnered 581, 989 peak concurrent viewers or those watching on Kapamilya Online Live at the same time.
"FPJ's Batang Quiapo" airs new episodes on Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live, Cinemo, A2Z, TV5, iWantTFC and TFC.
