MANILA -- Kapamilya actor Richard Gutierrez is one of the stars of the 17th installment of the popular horror franchise "Shake, Rattle & Roll."
On Thursday, Star Magic uploaded photos of Gutierrez taken from the creative meeting of “Shake, Rattle, & Roll: Evil Origins."
To be directed by Ian Loreños, "Shake, Rattle & Roll: Evil Origins," is set to hit cinemas this December as an official entry to this year's Metro Manila Film Festival.
"Shake, Rattle & Roll: Evil Origins" also stars Ivana Alawi, Francine Diaz, Kaila Estrada, Fyang Smith, Loisa Andalio, Manilyn Reynes, Janice de Belen, Carla Abellana, Ysabel Ortega, Ashley Ortega, Elijah Alejo, Ryan Bang, JM Ibarra, Dustin Yu and Seth Fedelin. Shugo Praico and Joey de Guzman.are the two other directors of the horror trilogy.

Gutierrez renewed his contract with ABS-CBN in 2023.
Gutierrez recently starred in the hit primetime series "Incognito" with Daniel Padilla, Ian Veneracion, Maris Racal, Kaila Estrada, Baron Geisler and Anthony Jennings. The series ended last week.
