Kapamilya singer Klarisse de Guzman is set to make her film debut as she joins the cast of Bar Boys: After School. A first look of the former Pinoy Big Brother housemate in the upcoming film was shared in a post by Cinema Bravo on their official social media accounts.
Klarisse will be joining her fellow PBB housemate, Will Ashley, in the upcoming film. Bar Boys: After School is the highly-anticipated sequel to Bar Boys which will be directed by award-winning director Kip Oebanda.

The Nation’s Mowm will be playing the role of a breadwinner sister of a law student. Her character name has yet to be announced as of this writing.
“Klarisse De Guzman plays the breadwinner sister of a law student. Hilarious, optimistic and a hopeless romantic. She becomes the support system of a law school study group. The fan club president of former teleserye leading man and current law student, Josh Zuniga,” Cinema Bravo said in their caption.
Fans of the singer-now-actress expressed their excitement for her much-awaited film debut. Other PBB supporters shared how fitting the role is for Klarisse who became like a sister to many of the housemates during their stint inside the PBB house.
“Klarisse having bar boys 2 as her first project under her acting belt just hits different,” a fan wrote.
“So happy for ate klang!!! her actress era is finally unfolding tapos with her bunso pa,” another fan added.

Meanwhile, Will is set to portray the role of Arvin, a working student who balances a grueling job with law school.
Joining the cast of Bar Boys: After School are Sassa Gurl, Royce Cabrera, Bryce Eusebio, Therese Malvar and Glaiza De Castro, among others. Original actors of the first film–– Rocco Nacino, Enzo Pineda, Carlo Aquino, and Kean Cipriano–– will be in the sequel as well.
