After winning 3rd Big Placer in Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition, Charlie Fleming and Esnyr Ranollo, popularly known as the CharEs tandem, looked back on their memorable journey as housemates, expressing deep gratitude for the experience and the people they represented.

In an exclusive interview with PUSH ABS-CBN, the duo shared how honored they were to stand for fellow breadwinners throughout their stay inside the PBB house.

Charlie echoed Esnyr’s sentiments, saying she never expected to become a voice for the hardworking community, but she embraces the responsibility with pride.

“I actually never thought that I'd be someone representing this community. But I'm so proud to be part of it. I'm so happy that people appreciate the choice that we make in our lives. People appreciate the choice that we want to help to provide and support for our families,” she shared.

“Me and Esnyr, we definitely reach different audiences and we reach different communities to make them aware of who we are and what we do. It's really a community to let each other know that you're not alone and we're working side-by-side,” she continued.

During their four-month stay inside the PBB house, both housemates shared not just their life stories and also discovered new things about themselves.

He highlighted how even the smallest things made a big impact during their stay.

Charlie shared a similar takeaway, saying she’s learned to embrace simplicity and be more present.

“Something that I really picked up from PBB was the simplicity of life, appreciating the little things, the friendship that you make in the relationship that you have. To really put your phone down sometimes, you know, stay in the present, spend a few days with your friends, cook something, eat something, appreciate something,” she stated.

Charlie went on: “I learned to appreciate the people in my life more. I learned to appreciate the relationships I have inside and outside the house and I want to treasure it even more and allow it to blossom even more.”

In a heartfelt Instagram post following the finale, Esnyr reflected on the significance of their PBB experience.

“We entered PBB as individuals & walked out with my other half. After 118 unforgettable days inside, we're finally stepping back sa outside world — carrying not just memories, but lessons and a heart full of gratitude," he wrote.

While the journey was far from easy, Esnyr said their purpose went beyond personal dreams.

"Hinamon kami ng buong journey namin sa bahay, but it reminded us why we began in the first place: that we are not just fighting for our dreams. But also to represent the breadwinners who never rest, the youth who dream big, and the LGBTQIA+ community," he said. “Victory isn’t always a trophy — sometimes, it’s growth.”
