Lighting up the screen in Incognito as ex-military special forces agent Joseph Bonifacio, Richard Gutierrez said he enjoyed his experience working with his co-stars Daniel Padilla, Baron Geisler, Anthony Jennings, Maris Racal, Kaila Estrada, and Ian Veneracion. The 41-year-old actor also cherished shooting their missions in locations like Palawan, Italy, Japan, Tacloban, and for its finale episodes, in Marawi in Mindanao.
“Hindi ko masabi kung ano yung paborito ko kong mission kasi every mission talagang pinaghirapan namin at naging exciting na experience for everyone. Every mission, habang tumatagal, mas nagiging close yung buong grupo. Not only the actors, but also the production. Mas nagagamay namin yung isa’t isa. And dito sa finale I think dito talaga nagbunga lahat, kumbaga lahat ng buwelo ng grupo namin. Dito namin naibuhos. Dito namin nabigay. So, bittersweet yung finale namin. I think msg-e-enjoy yung mga audience natin sa finale. Also nakakalungkot kasi ito na yung huli for season one,” he shared during the Incognito: Final Mission finale presscon held last June 25 in Quezon City.

Doing more than 108 episodes for the popular primetime action series, Richard admitted he and his co-stars have grown from being just colleagues to real life friends on and off screen.
“I think siguro as a group, yung contractors parang pag sinubaybayan mo yung series, parang ang daming nangyari sa amin, ang daming mga conflicts, mga problema, and despite all the challenges, parang grow yung relationship from being business partners to becoming teammates to becoming a family in the end.
"Sa finale, yun talaga yung culmination ng lahat ng mga characters na being one, being united. One goal, one mission, and dun mo makikita na despite all the challenges in life, in real life or whatever, if you have your family or your close friends behind you, supporting you, pulling you up when you’re down, you know you can do anything. And I think, a good takeaway is if you have good intentions, you will always be led to the right path,” he explained.
