From being Pinoy Big Brother housemates earlier this year to making it all the way to the big screen as the lead stars of one of this year’s Metro Manila Film Festival most exciting entries Love You So Bad, actress Bianca de Vera shared why she is so thankful to her two leading men Dustin Yu and Will Ashley on and off camera.
In an interview with the press during the MMFF Parade of Stars event held last December 19, Bianca revealed just how good the two men treat her. “Well the both of them never make me feel like I should be pressured. The both of them have done nothing but uplift me and support me. Siyempre hindi naman common yung ganitong klaseng set-up, yung love triangle na ganito and I admit that it’s hard, of course. Pero the both of them are always here to remind me why I’m here and kung bakit ko kinakaya ito. So ayun. They are always there for me,” she admitted.

Aside from her co-stars, Bianca also revealed how supportive their fellow housemates in Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition are up to this day, including Big Winner Mika Salamanca, who is also part of the cast of MMFF entry Call Me Mother.
“Ang alam ko sila Mika magpapa-block screening. Parang most of them actually magpapa-block screening, which is really nice. Kasi kahit hindi naman namin hinihingi or hindi rin naman kailangan, but they still do their best to support. And they message us from time to time, kahit nung nasa taping kami, they always ask us how we are. So year, their support is always there. Hindi naman nawawala,” she said.
Love You So Bad actor Will Ashley explained why their batch have stayed close even after their season ended last July. “Kasi nakabuo kami ng pamilya sa loob ng bahay eh. So nakakatuwa hanggang dito sa labas dala namin yung ganung relationship. Hindi po namin sila sinabihan. Kusa po talaga yung pagsuporta nila sa amin at pagpapakita ng suporta at pagmamahal sa amin,” Will explained.
With fans of both her love teams DustBia and WillCa eagerly waiting to watch the film, Bianca shared how she is dealing with the fandoms competing online from time to time.
“Well, ako personally, I really try my best not to read. Especially while we were doing the movie. Kasi hindi talaga siya nakakabuti sa mental health, not just for me but for the three of us. Pero if (you are asking if) nahihirapan ako), well I’m very blessed to be surrounded by an environment like this who really support me unconditionally and who really loves me unconditionally. Siyempre public figures rin talaga tayo and pinili natin itong mundo na ito na maging artista and it comes with it di ba? Hindi naman lahat ng bagay it will come easy. So with this one, let’s say it comes with obstacles but kinakaya naman. Kayang kaya,” she added.
