MANILA -- Asia's Songbird Regine Velasquez is joining Angeline Quinto's "Aquinse" concert on August 22 at the Araneta Coliseum in Cubao, Quezon City.
In a social media post Thursday night, ABS-CBN’s Star Music confirmed that Velasquez, whom Quinto has long admired, will join the concert as a special guest.
"This special anniversary celebration just got more exciting, as the Asia’s Songbird Regine Velasquez-Alcasid joins the line up for our guest performer!" part of the caption read.
The much-awaited concert celebrates Quinto's 15th year in the entertainment industry.
Apart from Velasquez, it was announced earlier that Martin Nievera, Enchong Dee, Erik Santos, Baby Dolls, and more, are joining Quinto's concert as special guests.
Ahead of her upcoming anniversary concert, Quinto released her latest single "Hindi Mawawala."
Dubbed as the Queen of Teleserye Theme Songs, Quinto previously said she is looking forward to doing more songs and concerts this year.
Quinto started her career in February 2011 after winning the reality singing competition "Star Power." She later became a regular on “ASAP.”
