MANILA — Tickets for the repeat concert of OPM singer-songwriter Ebe Dancel, who is now celebrating his 25th year in the music industry, are now sold out.
Billed as "Ebe Dancel with The Manila String Machine: The Repeat Concert" is set to happen on November 15 at 8 p.m. at the New Frontier Theater.
Dancel made the announcement through a social media post as he expressed his gratitude to all his fans for the support.
"Taos-pusong pasasalamat sa lahat ng bumili ng tickets," Dancel wrote on Instagram.
He added: "Ps sorry guys, there won’t be a day 2."
Dancel's upcoming repeat concert with the Manila String Machine, a 20-piece orchestra is led by Chino David and with Paolo Valenciano as the show's director.
The one-night-only event will showcase Dancel's his greatest hits.
“You could say it is the same show, but with a few twists and turns along the way,” shared the seasoned concert director. “If you love his music, this one will hit hard.”
“Imagine seeing a longtime friend after years of no contact — you know this person inside out, but they just look a bit different and talk a bit different. This concert is that friend. You know the songs, you know Ebe’s voice, and you know the MSM will be there, but it will just look a bit different, sound a bit different, and maybe touch your heart a bit different,” David added.
In 2020, Dancel celebrated his 20th year in the music industry with a solo concert also with the Manila String Machine.
