The fangirl mode in Kapuso actress Glaiza De Castro was turned on as she attended the Übermensch concert of K-pop star G-Dragon at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan on Saturday, May 17.

In a video shared on Instagram on Sunday, May 18, the actress was seen enjoying the G-Dragon fever, screaming with the crowd and vibing to the songs of the BIGBANG member.

The recently concluded concert was G-Dragon's comeback in the Philippines after eight years.

“Been waiting for this comeback and I honestly thought tapos na ako sa pag-fa-fangirl pero andito parin ako, getting my crayon at patuloy na na-iinspire sa artistry at talent ni @xxxibgdrgn,” she wrote in the caption of her Instagram post.

The concert featured songs from G-Dragon's third album Übermensch, the K-pop star’s first album in 12 years, according to Billboard Philippines. It was the first time Filipino fans can hear the songs live.

In her post’s caption, Glaiza provided a definition of the term “Übermensch”, the name of the album and the concert itself.

“Übermensch — a person who has evolved into a transcendent form of humanity by overcoming human failings and the influences of society,” she wrote.

The actress also commended the entire production of the concert in her post.

“Visuals, stage design, choreography, musical arrangement, costume and storytelling — 💯,” she said, expressing her appreciation for the concert’s overall appeal.

As an avid fan, Glaiza also praised G-Dragon for the message he conveyed in an interview.

“Ganda ng message niya sa interview, sakto ‘yung title. I like this version of him, and I will always be proud to be his fan,” she expressed.

The concert experience was even made more special as Glaiza was accompanied by her husband, David Rainey.

“Mas nakakakilig pa na may additional support ako this time hihi.  Shout out to you @david_rainey89,” she said.

Actor Gabby Eigenmann was also spotted joining the fun in the video shared by the actress.

In 2017, Glaiza attended G-Dragon's Act III: Motte concert and shared her experience on social media.

“Ang saya ng concert grabe. Walang mapagsidlan ang ligaya. For sure, alam niyo ang feeling na yan,” she wrote in a Facebook post. “Ang galing talaga ng utak ni GD at syempre 'yung team na kasama niya. Masasabi kong isa ito sa pinakamahusay na concerts na napuntahan ko.”

G-Dragon's first concert in the country was in 2017 at Smart Araneta Coliseum. It was part of his Act III: Motte World Tour.
