Singer-songwriter TJ Monterde expressed his gratitude after winning multiple awards at the 17th PMPC Star Awards for Music earlier this month. In his Instagram account, the “Sariling Mundo” hitmaker credited everyone around him for making his win possible.
TJ bagged the Male Concert Performer of the Year for Sarili Nating Mundo, Male Recording Artist of the Year for “Sariling Mundo”, and Collaboration of the Year for “Palagi” alongside his wife, KZ Tandingan.

“‘Behind every milestone is a village. I’m just honored to represent mine.’ I share these awards with my entire team and with everyone who continues to support my music and my art. Thank you, mga Bituin,” TJ wrote.
“To God be ALL the glory,” he added.
Friends and fans of the singer-songwriter sent their congratulatory messages in the comment section of his post. Other netizens expressed how well deserving TJ is for the awards that he won.
“There is no one prouder than me! You have surpassed your own expectations and turned your dream into a winning career! So proud of you and my daughter @kztandingan,” Kapamilya singer Martin Nievera shared.
“Congratulations Kuya! Proud fan here palagi. Thank you Lord🙌🙏 God bless you Kuya, Ate kaze and the whole In Between team,” a fan added.
Meanwhile, TJ and KZ continue their In Between world tour starting this July 11 in Bacolod which will be followed by stops in Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, and Laguna. They successfully held their North American shows earlier this month, capping it off with a successful show in Houston, Texas last June 20.

“Pasabog talaga ang energy niyo Houston!! 🚀 And from the bottom of my heart, salamat sa lahat ng nanood, nakinig, at nakikanta sa North American leg ng In Between world tour!,” KZ expressed.
The two are also set to perform in Dubai, UAE this October 11 at the Coca-Cola Arena in an event organized by D&R Events. TJ and KZ previously held two sold-out shows in UAE last year. Their show was one of the biggest and fastest selling events of the Arena.
Apart from holding their own tour, the real life couple are set to join ASAP Live in Australia on July 25. They will be performing alongside various Kapamilya artists in front of their Australia-based fans, in an event organized by The Filipino Channel.
