Alex Eala took to social media to express her gratitude as she concluded her run at the 2026 Berlin Tennis Open.
On her Instagram page, the Filipino tennis star wrote: "Can’t begin to describe all the emotions I’ve experienced this week, my heart is full! I am forever GRATEFUL π Berlin, you are so so special, thank you!"
In her post, Alex shared numerous snapshots of her journey in Berlin.
Fans online were quick to react to Alex's post.

Alex's impressive run came to an end on Sunday, June 21 with a 6-2, 6-4 semifinal loss to Linda Noskova at the WTA 500 tournament.
Despite her exit, Eala enjoyed a breakthrough week in Berlin, stunning world No. 2 Elena Rybakina to reach the quarterfinals before toppling No. 8 Elina Svitolina to reach the semifinals.
Alex recently landed the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia 2026 list under the Entertainment & Sports category.
According to Forbes, the category spotlights "the next generation of talent—on court and the screen."

Upon the announcement that she made it to the list, the Filipino tennis athlete penned a post on social media to express her gratitude about the said feat.
"Honored to be part of Forbes 30 under 30. Still processing this one!" she wrote on Instagram at that time.
In its feature, Forbes highlighted her remarkable achievements in tennis, including her breakthrough into the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) Top 50 in 2025.
The magazine also noted how she made history as the first Filipina to defeat two Top 10 players at the Miami Open in March 2025 and to win a Grand Slam singles main-draw match at the U.S. Open in August 2025.
