Kapamilya star Robi Domingo penned a birthday message for his wife, Maiqui Pineda, who turned a year older earlier this week. In an Instagram post, the Pinoy Big Brother host shared how this was his wife’s last birthday before they welcome their first child.
Robi and Maiqui have been together for several years and tied the knot back in 2024 at the Diocesan Shrine and Parish of San Isidro Labrador in Bulacan.
In his post, the Kapamilya host shared some photos of them throughout the years, including his proposal to her in 2022. He then admitted how her birthday this year “feels different” for him.
“The last birthday celebration as just the two of us before we become parents. And looking back at all our moments together, I’m just filled with gratitude,” he wrote.
Robi added the type of mom that he sees Maiqui will be in the near future–– “loving, strong, and so full of heart.”
“Our little one is so lucky to call you “mommy,”” he added.
He continued to shower his wife with love and gratitude in his heartfelt post and made sure to remind her of his love for her.
“I’m so proud of you, and so in awe of the woman you are and everything you’re becoming. Happy birthday, @maiquipd_ . I love you. Always,” Robi ended.
Friends and fans of the couple sent their birthday messages in the comment section of his post. Other netizens shared how excited they are for the new journey of the couple as they are entering a new chapter of their lives soon.
It was earlier this year when the couple broke the good news that they were expecting their first child.
“The last three years challenged my mind, heart, and body in ways I never imagined. But the journey only made me realize how strong and capable I truly am. This 2026, I’m ready for my biggest challenge yet. Let’s go,” Maiqui previously wrote.
