Former Goin’ Bulilit star and now entrepreneur Kiray Celis is entering a new and meaningful chapter in her life as she announced her pregnancy with her first child.
Kiray confirmed the news on April 24 through an emotional Facebook video, giving fans a glimpse of the intimate moment she found out she was going to be a mother.
“Ikaw ang pinakamatamis na sagot sa lahat ng panalangin namin. 👶🙏,” she wrote in the caption.
In the video, Kiray can be seen alone in a bathroom and still in her pajamas, as she takes a pregnancy test. When the positive result appeared, Kiray became visibly emotional, an honest and relatable reaction for many first-time moms.
She then called her husband, Stephan Estopia, who initially appeared surprised to see her in tears. As he realized what the result meant, his expression quickly shifted to joy and emotion. The couple embraced, with Stephan hugging Kiray and tenderly kissing her belly.
Toward the end of the video, Kiray shared a photo of multiple positive pregnancy tests, confirming the couple’s long-awaited blessing.
In a separate post, Stephan also expressed his excitement for their growing family. In a video, the couple wrote their birth years on their hands before holding them together. Placed between them was their baby’s sonogram, marked with “2026” to signify their child’s birth year. A toddler’s shoe in the background further symbolizes the blessing they are preparing to welcome.
“Ang pinakamasayang balita sa buhay namin,” Stephan wrote.
The announcement quickly drew warm reactions from fans and followers, many of whom reflected on watching Kiray grow up on television.
“From going bulilit lang noon ngayon magkaka bulilit na ❤️,” one commenter wrote.
“congrats sa dating bulilit sa going bulilit ngayon my sarili ng bulilit 🥰🥰 so ibig sabihin non matanda na talaga tayo 😆😆 batang 90's,” another added.
“Parang yung batang kiray ka padin sa mata ko.🥹 Ngayon mag kakaanak ka na.😇 Congratulations 💐💐💐,” a fan shared.
It was in February when Kiray first revealed that they were trying to conceive, as she is now 32 years old. At the time, she also shared her hopes of having seven children.
Kiray and Stephan tied the knot in a star-studded ceremony at the Shrine of St. Therese in Newport, Pasay City last December 13.
