Celebrity couple Loisa Andalio and Ronnie Alonte gave fans an intimate look at one of the most important moments in their lives as they welcomed their first child, baby girl Runi Lior also called Nili, earlier this month.
On their joint YouTube channel, the couple, fondly known as LoiNie, shared a vlog documenting the hours leading up to Loisa’s delivery on March 12, along with celebrity makeup artist and Ronnie's cousin, RB Chanco.
The video opened with an emotional moment as Loisa and Ronnie were seen tearing up while looking at their baby’s sonogram. Soon after, the couple made their way to the Asian Hospital and Medical Center in Muntinlupa, where they would finally welcome their daughter.
As medical staff briefed them ahead of the procedure, RB kept things light with jokes about who might faint first when the baby arrived.
“Ito na si Daddy, getting ready kasi siya magka-cut (ng cord). Sino kaya ang unang mahihimatay ako o si Daddy (Ronnie)?“ she joked.
Loisa also quipped, “May maeevict na today sa tiyan natin!”
RB also teased how Loisa, despite getting ready for the procedure, could still joke around. “Ayan siya, manganaganak pero niloloko niya pa rin ako. Relax siya eh!”
In the following clips, Loisa and Ronnie shared how they heard Runi’s first cry and how Ronnie cut his daughter’s umbilical cord.
Following Loisa’s cesarean section, the video showed Ronnie stepping into his new role, attentively caring for their newborn and even learning how to change her diaper. He was also seen assisting Loisa during her first meal post-delivery.
In the latter part of the vlog, the couple expressed gratitude to the hospital staff and everyone who supported them throughout the journey.
“She’s home. We love you so much. Runi Lior, our little Nili,” said in the video.
Loisa also took to social media to share snapshots from their hospital stay, marking the milestone with a caption: “03-12-2026… The day we became your parents 🩷 Our Little Nili, Birth Vlog premieres tonight on LoiNie TV. Thank you Jesus! To God be the Glory. 🙏🏻.”

In an earlier post, the actress reflected on how the experience of childbirth changed her perspective, describing it as both humbling and transformative.

Even before we saw your face, we already loved you so much. And now that you are finally here, words still cannot fully explain what our hearts feel. She also expressed appreciation to Ronnie, adding, “@iamr2alonte, thank you for being my strength through it all. Walking through this journey with you made me love you even more deeply. Seeing you become a father is one of the most beautiful things I have ever witnessed. 💜.”
