Celebrity couple Jessy Mendiola and Luis Manzano gave a glimpse of their forever home, Casa Manzano. In the Kapamilya actress’ latest YouTube vlog, the two explained why they decided to move houses again despite being comfortable already in Batangas.
Jessy and Luis have been living in Lipa for quite some time now but they are ready to go back to the metro upon the completion of their new house.

“Dalawa technically ang bahay namin–– isa sa Lipa at isa sa lilipatan namin. ‘Yung isa kasi is ‘pagka nasa ABS-CBN kami, at kumbaga ‘yun din na-construct din namin,” Luis explained.
In the vlog, the couple shared their reasons and some tips for those who are planning to build their own house in the future.
Jessy admitted that she’s happy living in Batangas already as their daughter, Rosie, also grew up there as well. Despite this, she maintained that moving back to the city is more practical given their jobs as celebrities.
At first, the two revealed that they were planning on having Casa Manzano leased instead but after seeing the house constructed already, they decided against it and made the bold plan to live there.
“Sabi ko, sure ka na ba gusto mong lumipat sa north ulit? Sabi niya sa akin, ganito nalang, halfway through the construction doon sa bagong bahay, nag-decide kami na okay let’s just keep renting. Iparenta nalang natin ‘yung bagong bahay. Nagbago ‘yung plans, kumbaga nagbago na ‘yung design ng bahay. Nung natapos na ‘yung bahay namin sa north, nung nakita na naming dalawa, sabi ko ang ganda nung bahay–– ang ganda nung kinalabasan,” Jessy said.

Jessy and Luis gave a glimpse of the house, though it was still bare at the time she was vlogging. Only the living area, the dining hall, and the primary room was shown in the vlog, though the Kapamilya actress expressed that there will be a house tour in the future.
As they settle in Casa Manzano, the couple maintained that they’re doing this big move for their daughter.
“We want Rosie to have that sense of forever home na. Gusto namin siya magkaroon ng ganun so hindi din maganda kung palipat-lipat din,” Jessy expressed.
The two added that they will be uploading more of Casa Manzano and its final touches in the coming weeks for their fans to enjoy.
