Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0 Kapuso 3rd big placer Ashley Sarmiento confirmed that fellow housemate Rave Victoria has started courting her.
The actress made the revelation during her guest appearance on Fast Talk with Boy Abunda on March 13. King of Talk Boy Abunda asked if the Kapamilya actor was indeed pursuing her.
“Opo, nag-start na po siya manligaw,” she confirmed.
Ashley also shared that Rave has already spent time with her family, including when he made a visit to their home and joined them to attend church together.
“Isang beses pa lang po siya pumunta po sa house pero one-time po nag-church po kami tapos in-invite po kami ng ate ko po sa house niya po para mag bonding po,” she shared.
Despite the buzz surrounding her closeness with fellow Sparkle actor Marco Masa, Ashley clarified that there is no jealousy involved, emphasizing that the two share a strong friendship.
“Hindi naman po siya (Marco) super involved kasi po kami ni Marco super duper best friends lang po talaga kami.”
During the program’s fast talk segment, Ashley also named Rave as one of the housemates she is closest to, along with Lella Ford and Princess Aliyah. She also candidly admitted that Rave was her crush among the housemates.
Ashley and Rave, fondly dubbed by fans as “AshRave,” became one of the most talked-about pairings during their time inside the Pinoy Big Brother house. Their chemistry quickly caught viewers’ attention and continued to spark kilig moments even after leaving Bahay ni Kuya.
Since then, the pair have been spending time together outside the show, often sharing lighthearted TikTok videos that fans eagerly follow. One of their recent clips featured them dancing to “The Lazy Song” challenge, which has already garnered 5.4 million views and 950 thousand likes and counting.
Earlier this year, Rave also spoke about what he admires most about Ashley during his appearance on PUSH Bets.
“Unang-una yung puso niya sobrang mapagmahal...Grabe yung paniniwala niya kay Lord. Feeling ko ‘yun yung pinaka (ina-admire ko sakaniya) kasi sa lahat ng ginagawa niya, si Lord ‘yung kasama niya,” Rave described.
Rave was evicted from Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0 in January alongside Anton Vinzon, while Ashley went on to finish the season as the 3rd Big Placer together with Joaquin Arce.
