Sexbomb member Jopay Paguia-Zamora is still on a high after the recent three-night success of their reunion concert.
The pressure is how to top their previous performances, she said.
Jopay Paguia reveals how religion helped her join SexBomb Girls once again: ‘Pinagpray ko yun’
Speaking exclusively to ABS-CBN News, Jopay expressed her disappointment and dismay over the statements made by Alvin Aragon.
Aragon, former actor and member of reality-show Starstruck, is the husband of Izzy, who is a former member of the Sexbomb Girls.
During the fourth night of the "Get, get Aw concert", Izzy reunited with her former group onstage. But she didn’t perform, instead she delivered a message about her faith.
Days after Izzy’s appearance, Alvin granted interviews and made statements about his wife’s former group, their manner of dressing, the way they dance, to name a few.
The statements left a bad taste in Jopay’s mouth.
Sabi nga, tinuturo lagi sa amin is if you want to disciple ang isang tao, kailangan makita sa'yo.”

Jopay also said that she had no qualms with Izzy’s decision not reuniting with their group.
Nirerespeto ko kung ano yung naging desisyon niya from the start, wala akong masabi doon.”
Yung mga sinabi niya, it’s in the Bible naman talaga. Nasa bibliya yun. Pero siguro for us, siguro dapat careful tayo sa pagsabi. Kasi hindi naman lahat believers eh. Kung believers man sila, hindi ganun yung approach sana.”
Since the controversial statements came out, Jopay has not reached out to Izzy or any of her groupmates.
Kasi masakit pa for me. Nadamay na yung asawa namin. So parang teka lang naman.”
A public apology or personal message saying sorry for his statements would suffice, according to Jopay. But for now, all she can say is, “Alvin kung may problema ka, ipagpe-pray ka namin.”
