Donny Pangilinan is adding another feather to his cap, this time as a business owner.
On his Instagram page, the actor shared he is venturing into the food and beverage industry and is set to open soon a café bar called Analog.
"An idea I couldn't let go of…. Now becoming real 🥹 Soon. 🕝 @analog.mnl," he posted on his Instagram page.
In the photo he shared, a line displayed at the entrance of the space currently under construction hints at the vibe of the space. "Once upon a time, evenings weren't rushed, music had warmth, cocktails had stories and conversations lasted longer than battery life," the line read.
Fans online were quick to congratulate the Kapamilya star.
"Congrats, Dons!!! So proud of you! 🤩" one fan commented.
"Congratsss na agad and God bless! @donny ☺️,' another fan wrote.
Donny is currently starring in the ABS-CBN action series Roja.
In a previous interview with Metro.Style, Donny remarked that he sees Roja as an opportunity to be a means for him to explore other facets of his acting career.
"It's one of those roles that, if done well, and if we really put in and exert all our energy, it can prepare us for, you know, other paths in our acting career. And, to see how further we can explore our craft,” Donny remarked.
The actor headlines the series alongside Kyle Echarri, whom he considers a close friend.
"It works kasi 'yun e, parang, first of all, alam naman nila na magkaibigan na kami. And that really helped, I think, in building this story. I think that's one of the major reasons also why they came up with this type of story… And, that's really needed for this type of show, especially na ang daming niyong pinagdaanan as characters na sobrang complex,” Donny said about working with Kyle.
Before Roja, Donny served as a judge for Pilipinas Got Talent Season 7.
"I used to be the biggest Got Talent fan as a kid— binge watching auditions, amazed at the talents I’d never seen before. I never imagined that one day, I’d have the privilege of sitting in the judges’ seat," he said in an Instagram post in June 2025 as the show concluded.
