Actress and entrepreneur Sofia Andres took to social media to express her deep appreciation for Daniel Miranda, who is not only her life partner but also her partner in building their food venture, The Scoop & Skillet Restaurant.
On Instagram, Sofia shared a heartfelt message to Daniel, whom she called the driving force behind everything they have built together.
“Behind everything we’ve built with Scoop and Skillet is you, Daniel. @thescoopskillet Every early morning, every late night, every decision made with both courage and care,” she wrote.
Sofia reflected on how Daniel has influenced her growth and perspective in life.
“At 27, I see things so much clearer now the value of hard work, the beauty of building something meaningful, and the strength of standing beside someone through different phases of life,” she stated.
She went on to express how Daniel has changed her in the best ways, teaching her patience, humility, and what truly matters.
“You’ve taught me what truly matters, not the noise, not the fleeting things, but the quiet moments, the shared dreams, and the foundation we’ve built together. Through the years, you’ve changed me in the best ways, showing me patience, humility, and the kind of love that doesn’t just stay, but grows.” she shared.
For Sofia, building both a business and a life with Daniel have been a journey of growth—both individually and as a couple.
“This journey hasn’t just been about a restaurant or a business it’s been about us. Our growth as individuals, as partners, as a team. We’ve weathered changes, celebrated wins, and learned from challenges,” she stated.
“And in all of it, I’ve seen how deeply you care, how much you give, and how hard you work, not just for yourself, but for us and for our future,” Sofia continued.
Sofia ended her message with words of pride and gratitude, saying: “I’m endlessly proud of you. You are my inspiration not just for what you’ve achieved, but for who you are. And no matter where life takes us next, I’ll always be here, cheering you on, holding your hand, and reminding you that I believe in you… always.”
Sofia and Daniel first sparked romance rumors in 2018 and eventually introduced their daughter to the public in 2020. Since then, the couple has been open about sharing glimpses of their family life and milestones on social media. Just last July, they opened The Scoop & Skillet in Dumaguete.

Prior to the restaurant’s launch, Daniel also wrote Sofia a touching birthday greeting as she turned 27.
