Actress turned politician Marjorie Barretto became emotional as she shared how her youngest daughter, Erich, applied for a summer course at the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom. In her Instagram, she expressed how proud she is of her youngest as she was the one who applied on her own.
Erich is Marjorie’s youngest daughter whom she shares with politician Enrico "Recom" Echiverri.

“Her courage takes her places my dreams never reached,” Marjorie wrote.
The celebrity mom showed some snaps of Erich going around the campus and learning the ins and outs of her short stay. Erich took a summer courses at Oxford back in July where she took up Psychology.
“My brave Erich applied and got accepted to Oxford summer courses all on her own. She chose to take up Psychology. When she dreams, she goes out and gets them. We can only stand behind her with full support,” she added.
Marjorie then expressed how she was beaming with pride knowing that her daughter gets to experience such things at a young age. Despite some initial apprehensions, the celebrity mom is happy with the decision to let Erich do things on her own.
“Inside, my mommy heart was breaking… worried she might be too young to be on her own, but at the same time overflowing with pride. My eyes in these photos might give away how hard it was to let go,” she expressed.

“I knew I was going to miss her so much, I worried too much, but I was also deeply happy she gets to experience things I never even dreamed were possible for me,” she continued.
At only 13 years old, Erich proved to Marjorie how age shouldn’t be a factor in chasing one’s dreams.
“She has taught me the art of letting go, and that no one is too young or too old to chase after their dreams,” she ended.
