James Reid has joined a Korean management agency known for representing Ji Chang-wook, marking him as the first Filipino artist on the company's talent roster.
Reid's label, Careless Music, announced on Saturday via social media that the 32-year-old artist signed with Spring Company.
Photos shared in the posts show Reid meeting with what appear to be representatives of the agency.
"James Reid signs with Korea’s @spring.company_official — the first Filipino artist to join their roster," Careless wrote in the caption, tagging the company's Instagram username.
Spring Company manages a number of Korean artists, including Chang-wook, known for dramas such as "The K2," "Backstreet Rookie," "Lovestruck in the City," "The Worst of Evil" and "Welcome to Samdal-ri."

The company also represents actor Kim Min-seok, whose projects include "Descendants of the Sun" and "Lovestruck in the City."
Reid, a "Pinoy Big Brother" alumnus, is known for the romance series "On the Wings of Love" and "Till I Met You," as well as films such as "Diary ng Panget," "Never Not Love You" and "Miss Granny."
He also founded his own record label, Careless.
