The Philippines’ Queen of All Media Kris Aquino just gave another update with regards to her health––this time with a more alarming one. She shared on her Instagram earlier this week how doctors found something in her blood panel results which led her to do more tests and have three different specialists look at her case.
Kris earlier shared that she was going into isolation for six months in her continuous fight for her life. She was previously diagnosed with several autoimmune diseases that led her to going to the US for treatment and only came back to the country last year.

Kris shared that one of her doctors convinced her to undergo an ultrasound which made her nervous as she was supposed to be only coming in to the hospital for the second dose of her medication.
“I have to give a big shoutout to @ging.md because she saw something in my blood panel results that she found alarming. She convinced me to have an ultrasound (it’s not this one) done yesterday; with all my hospitalizations I can already tell na dapat na kong kabahan pag umakyat na yung senior technician,” she narrated.
Kris then shared how the doctors in her team explained to her how important time was for her case as they couldn’t delay any treatment plan any longer.
“[They] came to explain things to me and how important it was to not delay because I would be endangering my life further. (Parang kulang pa yung mahirap ng bilangin na 'life threatening' autoimmune diseases ko),” she added.
She added that she puts her trust in her Filipino doctors as they go through all the options available for her treatment plan. She didn’t disclose any further what the new findings were but she shared that she was given several options which included a non-invasive procedure.

Joining her in the hospital was her son, Bimby Aquino Yap, who Kris admitted hasn’t been sleeping well since the night of her confinement. She also shared that her other son, Josh, visited her as well in the hospital.
Kris asked her followers and supporters to continue praying for her health to improve as well as the medical team that will help her towards her treatment plan. She remained hopeful and assured her fans that the fight for her life continues.
“Please pray for all my doctors, those assisting them in the OR, all the nurses (especially mine) and technicians. Wag sana kayo sumuko sa pagdasal dahil kumukuha ako ng lakas galing sa kabutihang loob ninyo,” she ended.
