It's Showtime host and Rocksteddy vocalist Teddy Corpuz took to social media to pen a heartfelt message for his wife, Jasmine, as she celebrated her birthday.
"Happy Birthday to the love of my life! Every moment with you is a blessing, and I’m endlessly grateful for your beauty, strength, and the kindness you show every day," he remarked.
The singer went on: "You light up our world with your smile and make everything better just by being you. I love you more than words can express. Here’s to celebrating you today and always—my amazing, sexy, fierce, and beautiful wife. I love you babe! ❤️❤️."
Back in May, the couple celebrated a milestone after their daughter, Abby, graduated from senior high school from Ateneo de Manila University.
"Proud parents lang kami. 'Yung makita ang anak mo na may takot sa Diyos, mapagmahal sa pamilya at kapwa, at yung makita sila na mag shine, masaya, and mag excel sa field na gusto nila ay sobrang nakakataba ng puso at fulfilling," Teddy remarked about the scholastic feat of their daughter.
He added: "Sabi talaga namin ni @itsjhazmine 'Thank you Lord, to God be the glory.' We are so proud of you Abby and as your parents we are so secured and confident that you’ll be amazing in everything you will pursue. Congrats anak! We love you so much!"
In October 2017, Teddy and Jasmin renewed their wedding vows live on national television during the "Magpasikat" segment of It's Showtime, marking their 11th year together.
While performing alongside Vice Ganda and Jugs Jugueta, Teddy surprised Jasmin, who was in the audience with their two children, by getting down on one knee and proposing to her on-air.
"Eleven years ago ‘nung magkakilala tayo. Noong una pa lang kitang makita alam kong ikaw na ‘yung babaeng para sa akin," he told his wife. "Lagi mong sinasabi sa’kin na never akong nagpropose sa’yo. Kaya nga, sa harap mo at sa harap ng buong mundo, gusto kitang tanungin. Babe, will you marry me again?" Jasmin said yes.
The couple exchanged vows on stage in a ceremony officiated by Pastor Joseph Etienne Morales, with Vice Ganda singing during the moment. They sealed it with a kiss as they were once again declared husband and wife.
Teddy later revealed that the surprise vow renewal was kept secret, even from their children. He told them they were simply attending a photo shoot for co-host Anne Curtis’s upcoming wedding that time.
