Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition housemate Klarisse de Guzman shared a heartfelt message for her girlfriend, Trina Rey, during her return to the It's Showtime stage.
"Finally, now mapagsisigawan ko na, di ba? Dati kasi Raul, Bogart, ang daming screen name... Finally mapagsisigawan ko na, hi Trina! Thank you dahil hindi mo ako iniwan kahit sa mga pagkakataong hindi kita mapagsigawan," she remarked.
The singer added: "At ito finally masasabi ko na, I love you, Trina. Love wins."
Klarisse relayed how Trina supported her in some of the most challenging times of her life. "Siya 'yung naging support system ko sa lahat ng mga nangyari sa akin, lalo na sa parents ko," she remarked. "Sobrang saya na finally ito pwede na kaming mag-post ng pictures... Yes I'm so happy, love wins."
The singer expressed her joy over the public’s acceptance of her identity. "Sobrang saya talaga na hindi ko po ini-expect na matatanggap din 'yun ng mga tao," she said.
She admitted that she initially had apprehensions following her revelation inside the house. "Actually iyon 'yung worry ko paglabas. Kumusta kaya [once] bumalik ako sa work? Ano kaya ang tingin nila sa akin? Iyon po 'yung worry ko," she recalled.
"Doon kasi kami-kami lang eh. Siyempre lahat sila dun happy for me, talagang love ako, suportado. Pero iniisip ko ano kaya reaksyon sa labas? Magbabago kaya 'yung tingin nila sa akin?" she added.
In an April episode of PBB, Klarisse revealed to her fellow housemates that she is a member of the LGBTQ+ community during a task led by houseguest Michelle Dee.
"Sa tingin ko ito na 'yung time para sabihin sa inyong lahat and to tell the world that I'm not straight. I am bi (bisexual)," she shared.
She went on: "'Yung kinekwento ko sa inyo na may 4 years akong partner. Yes I have a partner for four years. Her name is Trina. And hindi ko in-expect na masasabi ko ngayon ito. Wala lang, ang lakas lang ng loob ko para sabihin."
Klarisse relayed that her late father knew about her identity before his passing, and her mother has been very supportive. She also shared that Trina was staying with her mother while she was inside the PBB house.
"Ang kasama ng Mama ko ngayon is her [Trina]. And I guess, komportable na akong sabihin sa inyong lahat with Michelle Dee pa. And hindi ko mahintay na ma-meet niyo siya. And I miss her. Sobrang swerte ko lang talaga kasi tanggap ako ng parents ko." she remarked.
